§ Primarily responsible for planning, administrating and coordinating the maintenance & utilities for site to ensure normal operation, implementing maintenance excellent to increase efficiency. Also in charge of cooperating with workshops to ensure the equipment, utilities and facilities well maintained and reduce breakdown, implementing GMP, safety and housekeeping and improvements for equipments and system.
Responsibilities:;
§ Ensure utilities running stably and efficiently.
§ Manage the department with set targets.
§ Auditing /Inspection support Quality, EHS and Housekeeping.
§ Improve & implement PM, CM to keep good OEE and low breakdown to ensure the production attainment.
§ Implement Manufacture Equipment Excellent & Zero Defect program.
§ Implement energy saving schedules to reduce cost and innovation with subordinates involved.
§ Support site master plan project by maintenance and utilities supporting.
§ Manage and develop subordinates.
Target:
§ Achieve set targets: OEE, production attainment, machine downtime, cost, and etc.
§ Comply complain: EHS, Quality, Housekeeping
§ Manufacture Equipment Excellent & Zero achievement
§ Implement energy saving project as the schedule
§ Support site master plan project by maintenance and utilities supporting as plan.
§ Manage and develop subordinates as plan.
Requirements:
Bachelor (preferable Master degree) with major in Engineering
Minimum 8 years work experience, 3 years management experience for equipment and utilities maintenance in manufacture site
Learning ability is a must,self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
