Role:
Do you want to be part of a highly entrepreneurial Business Development team within which you will be supporting all sales activities for delivering significant incremental revenue for Kantar Greater China? We are looking for a Sales Operations Executive, to provide the support on various sales activities to the Business Development team and to ensure a robust sales operation.
Your will be responsible for the followings. We expect you have experience of at least one out of the seven areas:
CRM/Client database: develop and maintain a Kantar group client database to deliver customer analysis and facilitate lead generation
Sales and pipeline tracking: build and maintain a sales tracking tool to facilitate sales review and pipeline forecast
Sales activities support: support creation of proposals (e.g. PPT, translation)
Knowledge database management: develop and maintain a knowledge database; collect proposals, credentials, best practise etc. on a regular basis and help to upload to sharepoint
Documentation management: coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for managing contract, NDA agreement, PO, and others
Marketing: client event preparation, participation engagement and follow-up
Other sales administration support
If you have the motivation to be part of a high energy team to help clients deliver tangible business growth and us a happy client who sees Kantar as their insight partner of choice, then this is the role for you. You will be part of the growing Business Development team and will play an integral role in working with internal stakeholders for our customers and ensure a robust sales operation.
Skills & Competencies Required:
2+ years’ experience in a sales support or sales administration
Have experience of at least one of the above areas
Capable of multi-tasking and working with a variety of people
High degree of initiation and detail oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skills
People management experience is desired
At least conversational English but strong written English skills
Strong computer skills are required, with proficiency experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
