职位描述：
Job Description
1. Simultaneously manage the day-to-day work of multi-projects globally.
2. Develop and manage detailed project plans, project schedules, risk analyses and effort estimates.
3. Assign and prioritize the work of the team to align with the goals and objectives of the business.
4. Monitor and control the progress of analysis, design, program development, testing, reporting, releases and documentation tasks.
5. Proactively manage project issues and risks, and promptly escalate relevant issues to senior management.
6. Assist team members in their duties, tasks, responsibilities and functions.
7. Interact with clients, vendors, prospects, management and technical staff.
8. Review work products from the team to ensure proper quality attained timely.
9. Report project progress to the senior management team.
10. Adhere and monitor compliance with company and IS&T policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA is preferred and PMP certified.
2. Above 10 years project management experience with good multinational culture exposures, and hands-on in project analyzing, planning, controlling, resource coordinating and progress reporting align with the operation strategy and business plan.
3. Experienced in distributed teams & scrum process is required, strong interpersonal skills and coordinating ability
4. Possess strong leadership, potential for managerial role and having experience in team leading.
5. Able to work with team members from multi nations, and good anti-pressure.
6. Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese. 举报 分享
