Job Summary
Manage sales and P&L of Dental South China being responsible for establishment and maintenance of sales team, quality of service and communication with customers, executions of Company's key strategies
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensure sales and P&L to achieve Company's goal by yearly basis
2. Increase the number of key accounts in South region from year to year
3. Establish and maintain stable sales partnership in South for a consistent quality of service
4. Effective executions of key Company strategies
5. Ensure effective communication between local market and headquarter Sales and Marketing Depts
Expected Areas of Competence (i.e. KSAs)
1. Good sense of communication and strong interpersonal skill
2. Strong self learning capabilities and leadership skills
3. Good sense of key accounts and strong performance management skill
4. Good sense of urgency and priorities
5. Strong sense of process management and skills of team work management
Education/ Experience Requirements
Bachelor degree of related areas and above, at least 8 years working experience and minimal five years in medical industry managing both direct sales force and distributors. Sales or marketing experience on dental implant products are preferred
