Job responsibilities:
? Assist in the development and execution of effective marketing communication plan according to annual marketing strategies.
? Product launch preparation: Assist in new product launch planning to keep in line with brand guidelines and strategy, which includes POSM development, premiums, merchandising, promotional events, joint promotions etc. Collect results and photos for launch review purpose.
? Project: Assist in preparing the execution plan for special communication project, participant in negotiation and co-work with agency. Monitor and evaluate the result of the project.
? Media buying: Prepare media brief in alignment with brand strategy, liaise with media and co-work with agency to maximize brand exposure. Monitor and evaluate the result.
? Marketing support: Support on brand events including PR, trade activities. Work with each function teams to ensure the execution in line with brand guidelines and to maximize the performance.


Job requirements:
? Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in marketing roles in FMCG or Household appliance industry
? Communication skills
? Confidence
? Creatively minded
? Commercial awareness and numerical skills
? Pro-active and self-motivated, desire to solve problems on his/her own and to translate a plan into action
? Result driven
? Team player/Self-starter, ability to work independently and self-conscientiously as well as in a small team
