职位描述：
1、独立开展设计工作，表现手段多样话，设计意图、风格、细节等方面图面表现清晰、准确、到位，能熟悉地配合其它专业的设计工作，能积极配合完成上级交代的任务。
2、可独立完成方案设计、初步设计、PPT设计；制定项目设计计划及设计任务书；
3、负责对项目进行跟踪和监督；
4、具备各种基础设计软件的应用能力，如auto CAD，3d Max，PS，word、Excel，PPT;
5、参与公司装饰工程项目的设计管理，提出设计意见；
6、做好与其他各部门的沟通与协调工作,按时参加或组织公司或部门各项会议汇报或传递有关情况。

任职资格：
1、5年以上设计师工作经验，大专以上学历； 需有办公装修、别墅会所装修工作经验；
2、能独立主持2000平米以上办公工程项目的设计，能对项目设计进行综合、整体控制（从方案设计、效果图设计到施工图设计及材料的选定，与其他部门的配合），熟悉报消防、物业图纸审核流程；
3、具备管理能力，合理安排下属工作，协调下属之间工作上的问题，充分调动下属专业方面的最大创意能力及创意效率；
4、提供先进的、有创意的设计构思；
5、具有一定的语言表达、组织和管理能力，可以激发团体创作热情和带领团队完成整个项目的创意执行过程；
6、有很强的敬业精神和职业道德，要求思维活跃、敏锐，有开拓创新精神。 举报 分享
