职位描述：
1、线上营销
*通过新媒体平台（微信、网站等公众平台），丰富推广方式，推陈出新。
*设计丰富推广主题，撰写软文。
*负责收集公司新项目的推广，企业文化活动以及新产品及艺术品的线上推广工作。
3、营销推广
*配合工程部完成项目现场的工地营销工作。
*公司对外宣传品的排版、制作。
4、活动宣传
*定期举办公司对外宣传活动，制定活动主题，统筹整个活动的举办形式及具体落地执行。
*配合人行部共同举办完成企业文化活动。
*各活动拍摄工作。
5、媒体维护
*负责媒体关系的维护、管理和拓展新媒体，进行企业活动的宣传与推广。
*关注与设计有关的各类比赛，并参与准备评选时所需资料。

任职要求：
1、 相关媒体和地产广告策划公司同等职位者优先；
2、 在相关行业有良好、广阔的人际关系；
3、 对企业文化和品牌建设有独到的见解；
4、 良好的媒体关系及丰富的媒介资源，有媒体编辑、策划经验者优先；
5、 三年以上相关行业从业经验；
6、 具备良好的形象，思维敏捷，亲和力强，文字功底较好；
7、 掌握良好的沟通技巧和语言表达能力，较强的公关能力和谈判技巧。 举报 分享
