职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage the performance of the department;
2. Develop and maintain client relationship;
3. To review monthly reports in connection with the clients' payroll, benefits and administration of social insurance, housing fund data etc;
4. Lead and supervise payroll teams on both local and expatriate's payroll issues;
5. Liaise with clients on all payroll and IIT related matters and ensure quality of services;
6. Training support to junior staff;
7. Ensure compliance and alignment with the government policy & regulation;
8. To provide guidance and direction to payroll teams to ensure consistency in application of policies and practices on C&B;
9. Other ad hoc assignments.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree major in Human Resources, finance, etc;
2. Professional qualification holder with ACCA or CPA qualification is preferred;
3. Over 8 years of relevant experience in HR with solid experience in C&B; 3 years in management position and Big 4 experience is an added advantage;
4. Strong knowledge of C&B and related policies and regulations;
5. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
6. Excellent command of both English and Chinese; and
7. Willing to work under pressure.
