Job Summary
Accountable for customer centric offerings, including re-use, based on the complete Ericsson portfolio & 3PP. Responsible for creating & taking forward offerings to existing or new markets & customers with potential for substantial growth through innovative business & go-to-market models, cross all engagement models. Responsible for sales of offerings within respective practice. Responsible for Lead Management to establish a long term business growth. Support the KAM in driving customer engagements by providing thought leadership & support in identifying & capturing opportunities.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Conduct in-depth business focused discussions with the customer & analyze customer business environments, requirements, plans & issues
Engage customer and transform customer requirements and expectations into a competitive solution with deliverables
Lead virtual/functional team to grow within & beyond current business, lead to support customer in services solution offerings and drive end-to-end service solutions
Perform value argumentation through generating customer business cases
Drive competitive services solution, smart scoping & costing with optimal delivery model including pre-sales and Post-sales phases
Manage the service sales funnel towards dedicated customers
Position Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication or Business Management or similar
5-10 years’ industry experience in services sales or service delivery area
Proficiency in English
