Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required
 [Include languages, OS, Platform, Domain skills required]
Required skills: LAN & WAN Technologies,
Switching Technology: VLANS, VTP, ISL, 801.Q, Ether-Channel, STP, RSTP, PVST.
Routing Protocols: Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP advantage.
Additional Knowledge required: Knowledge of Change Management Process and worked in Financial domain preferred.
Knowledge of NAT, IPSEC, Access Control Lists.

Role & Responsibilities
During Design stage
Validate High and Low level design document with build sheet
Validate Process document with build sheet
Validate network settings mentioned in build checklist by client Solution Architect / Service Requestor
Validate availability of Network hardware
Validate availability of IP address and Firewall Security

During implementation stage
Build Activities
Update QIP and allocate IP addresses & subnet if required
For existing switches build request, enable ports for new server connectivity
For new switches build request, upload client recommended IOS configuration using standard template
Post Build Activities
Basic Testing to check switch port speed

Review change controls and raise the change request accordingly.
Be Single point of contact for technical solutions and implementation.
Fine tuning of the devices if required. 举报 分享
