POSITION SUMMARY:

The Country Finance Manager position carries responsibility as a Company Director and directly manages the Finance and Accounting Department and provides country financial reporting for TTi. The Finance Manager also provides financial information to country and global TTi management by researching and analyzing accounting data, preparing reports, and by working in accordance to ISO procedures.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Directs and coordinates financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency
? Oversee asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
? Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
? Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
? Reconciles any financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
? Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing monthly balance sheet, profit and loss statement, MRP, and other monthly reports
? Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends
? Reviews all financial reporting with with BU lead, MD and regional leadership on a monthly basis
? Responsible for country forecasting and budgeting
? Creates weekly cash flow analysis to review with Country Managing Director, as needed
? Oversees payroll process; fields questions and concerns regarding payroll transactions
? Responsible for managing Accounts Receivable and maintaining proper collection of receivables
? Works with BU’s regarding project costing scenarios, using TTi Global’s Project Cost Analysis (PCA)
? Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
? Complies with local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions
? Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential
? Working in local management team, as key decision maker to company process and policy development,
? Working with banks and related vendor to handle local loan channel,
? Maintain good relationship with tax and other government department to ensure external environment effective,
? Manage a staff of up to five accounting employees

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EQUIVALENT WORK EXPERIENCE:
? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
? 8+ years of relevant accounting and finance experience in a similar type position
? 3+ years of supervisory experience
? Must be bilingual (English and Chinese)
? Ability to direct and manage employees
? Able to set priorities and work effectively with constant interruptions
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office along with payroll and accounting database software, Kingdee preferred
? Detail-oriented and ability to analyze data and information
? Strong problem solving abilities
? Ability to handle highly confidential information
? Strong written and oral communications skills
? Knowledge of advanced accounting principles and procedures
? Knowledge of financial resource management
? Demonstrated ethics and integrity
