Test Engineer (m/f) - Vehicle Assembly, Application and Commissioning

Tasks:

You work in a highly motivated team in the series development of high-voltage components for electric vehicles. As a test engineer (m/f) you will lead the commissioning of high-voltage components in test vehicles and prototypes. In the corresponding assembly phases you assure the timely availability of component samples and descriptions of current sample states. You compare and report the achieved assembly and build state of the vehicles in comparison to the test planning. These topics are coordinated in assembly- and planning meetings. Additionally you will be working on and assessing the testability of the corresponding vehicles. For documentation purposes you will be working with and maintaining the test system environment of the customer.

Requirements:

• University degree in electrical engineering or control technology
• Practical experience in dealing with vehicle-specific analysis and evaluation tools (CANalyzer, CANape, etc.)
• Experience in the automotive industry - preferably in the range of component testing or vehicle testing is desirable
• Very good level of English - both spoken and written is required
• Systematic and structured way of working as well as a cooperative and independent working style
• Good communication and team skills
