Project Engineer (m/f) - Function Development and Calibration for Advanced Transmission Systems

Tasks:

IAV currently broadens its transmission business in China. By joining IAV as an engineer (m/f) for advanced transmission development, you can participate in this extension and promote your personal career by getting a deep insight into DCT, AT, AMT and/or hybrid transmission systems. Take a role in automotive series development. A wide range of activities exists, such as:

• Requirements engineering and specification generation
• Modelling and simulation
• Algorithm development
• Transmission calibration at test bench and in vehicle
• Test and proving

According to your qualification and interests, you will be involved into upcoming projects regarding one or several of these activities. You will get the chance to work on innovative automotive transmission systems as well as to develop your personal skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechatronics, Control Systems, Electrical Engineering or Automotive Engineering
• Technical knowledge in one of the above mentioned fields
• Good communication skills
• Customer orientation, teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Language skills: Chinese and English or German
