PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The Global Partner Services Delivery (PSD) organization is part of SAP’s Ecosystem & Channels organization.
PSD provides its personalized services to the volume of SAP partners worldwide, such as Services Partners, Channel Resellers and Technology partners.
For our regional team of the Asia-Pacific-Japan (APJ) region in Chengdu (China), we are seeking a Partner Recruiter Qualifier, who is responsible for supporting all partner prospects in their partnership application process with SAP.
In that role, the Partner Recruiter Qualifier is the central point of contact for new partner prospects and regional partner recruiters, coordinating various processes, resources and system workflows to facilitate and accelerate the assessment and recruitment of new partners.
SAP partners are an integral part of SAP’s growth and go-to-market Strategy.
This role directly contributes to these objectives, by assessing partner prospects capabilities,introducing the various partner programs and benefits at SAP and coordinating with dedicated partner recruiters in the countries across the APJ region.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
•Position SAP’s company strategy, and general go to market approach, and understand from potential partners how they go to market and the possible synergies of working with SAP.
•Responsible for several steps of the recruiting process for new partner prospects, such as application check, determine best program fit, introduction to the partner of programs, benefits and requirements.
•Build a pipeline of partner prospects for recruiters in the countries
•Coordinate and facilitate relevant steps and documentations between partners and regional recruiters until the successful partnership agreements are signed
•Assign relevant resources from SAP to successful hired partner and ensure operational readiness and follow up activities are aligned between all roles involved.
•Nurture partners and develop communication cadence and plan to keep track of partners that are not ready to enroll in one of our partner programs

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
•Business / IT Degree or equivalent
•Project management skills with problem solving skills
•Channel business experience, awareness, knowledge desired
•Highly effective presentation skills
•Familiarity with internal business processes in a software company a clear advantage
•Ability to navigate and communicate effectively with diverse, remote groups in a large software company
•Ability to multi-task on multiple partner application cases simultaneously
•Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese a must

WORK EXPERIENCE
•Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the IT/Software industry or a similar role
•Strong relationship and coaching skills
