职位描述：
Overall Job Purpose/Function:

- Coordinate and manage the preparation, review and processing of service proposals to support business development team.
- Effectively manage business development to maximize business growth.
- Assist company in building and developing clinical and regulatory services capabilities.
- Establish, grow and manage long-term and profitable customer relationships.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
- Identifies, builds relationships, and closes business with new and existing clients, aggressively pursues clients for new business opportunities.
- Manage the day-to-day proposal development process and the preparation, review and finalization of project-biding budget.
- Review Requests For Proposal (RFP). Identify information for proposal text and budget development; and work closely with proposal development team to prepare and finalise proposals.
- Gains appropriate input to proposal from client and ensures that the final document addresses client needs and requirements.
- Works with clinical supporting staff to ensure deadlines are met and the proposal addresses client decision-making criteria.
- Maintains contact with clients during the life of each accrued project and provides feedback to the Project Manager and senior staff on client satisfaction. Update and maintain corporate databases as required and ensure accurate information is included in tracking reports
- May participate in customer meetings
- Perform all other duties as assigned


Requirements for position:

- Medical/pharmacy background, B.S. or above, CRA experience preferable.
- Relevant business affairs working experience: > 3 years working experience.
- Evidence of a personal style that builds client relationships and emphasizes high energy, collegiality, and effective teamwork.
- Ability to develop a technical understanding of CRO services to ensure good communication with clients
- Demonstrated negotiating skills, excellent oral communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
- Good computer skills in MS Office software applications
- Ability to travel independently. 举报 分享
