Job Description:
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for selling EFI Cretaprint Products and Solutions in China. EFI Cretaprint is a part of our Inkjet Solutions Business. The Senior Sales Manager will work closely with the Sales Development Managers and also our trade partners like Distributors and Channel Partners.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to independently generate lead, mature it and close the sales with customers.
- Should be able to independently represent EFI in industry forums and articulate the value of the EFI products and services to prospective customers.
- Should be able to negotiate and close the deals without depending upon other seniors in the organization.
- Develop and expand EFI Cretaprint portfolio in China, though close association with customers, industry bodies and trade partners.
- Should be able to develop a market strategy for Cretaprint products and services for both short term and long term success of the organization.
- Should demonstrate the maturity and ability to manage customers expectations and sales cycle and able to negotiate and close the deal without depending upon other members
- Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual quota objectives of Cretaprint Machines, ink and other solutions.
- Should be able to “value sell” amidst highly competitive market place.
- Maximize all leads & opportunities to increase deal number and size and accelerate the buying process.
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet our core values.
- Accurate forecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments. Forecasting covers / includes direct opportunities and channel / partner opportunities
- Maintain proactive relationships with all current and potential customers.
- Lead the communication and execution of Cretaprint sales and marketing campaigns
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management with account(s).
- Maintain Account and opportunity updates in the CRM system
Job Requirements:
- At least 15 years sales experience in the Ceramic market with proven track record of successful sales performance, with a focus at closing deals and preferably in high value capital goods and services and/or Ceramic market
- Capability to leverage relations and (y)our knowledge of the accounts
- Should have excellent network in the ceramic industry which could help him position our products and services and win deals in competitive situations.
- Highly dynamic and motivated professional with excellent presentation, communications and interpersonal skills
Pro-activeness and autonomous
- Ability to develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of an organization
- Knowledge and understanding of the market trends
- Mandarin, Cantonese & English skills, writing and speaking
- Station in Foshan
