GENERAL DESCRIPTION 职位概述
In support of services operation needs, goals and objectives， develop and maintain the effective and efficient services vendor business relationships.Responsible for liaison with the qualified vendors in repair services, logistics services and technical support field in national wide.
发展并维护与维修商之间的合作关系，负责联系在全国范围内合格的维修商，物流公司及技术支持公司，以满足日常运营的需要及目标。


KEY RESPONSIBLILITIES 主要职责

1. Expand and develop the Service Network in China
开拓和发展国内维修网络

2. Contract fulfilment for service provider
确保维修商按照维修协议履行相关维修工作

3. Control and monitor the service quality and cost effectiveness
控制并监督维修质量和维修成本。

4. Support call centre agents for daily call dispatch operation
在维修派工操作过程中，协助并支援呼叫中心人员

5. Report and implement the red alert escalation process
报告与实施紧急行动升级计划。

6. Business travel for Service Network expansion and audit purpose on regular basis
需定期出差以实施服务网络的开发和拓展计划 ，并审查执行。

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 知识/技能/经验要求

1. Bachelor degree in Communication /Electronic/Electric or related majors
通讯,电子相关专业，学士学位

2. 3 years or above of working experience in the mobile repair service field , familiar with household electronic appliance service network management
3年或以上手机维修服务领域工作经验，熟悉家电服务网络管理体系

3. General technical knowledge in household electronic appliance
具家电产品技术知识


4. Strong communication skill & interpersonal skill, adopt quickly to changes
较强的沟通能力，应变能力和人际关系处理技巧

5. Able to work independently and under stress
