职位描述：
Main job objectives：
The Finance Controller analyzes and interprets the financial result and operational KPIs of the company, is responsible for budget preparation and forecasting and strategic planning and customer reporting and financial analysis and provides management of the company with necessary financial and operational information in order to assist in their everyday decision making process.

Main job tasks：
Task 1: Reporting
? Consolidation, preparation and analysis of monthly and year-end financial management reports in accordance with HAVI reporting principles and standards
? Consolidation, preparation and analysis of monthly and weekly financial and operational KPIs.
Task 2: Budgeting
? Participates in budget planning.
? Supports departments in budgeting process.
? Consolidates the budget for the whole company
? Interprets and analyses the result received.
Task 3: Planning and Forecasting
? Responsible for preparation of forecasts (minimum 3 per year)
? Responsible for Mark Up revision, if such is necessary, on a regular basis
? Strategic planning, 3-10 years outlook .Task 4: Controlling/Variances analysis (Plan vs. Fact analysis)
Task 4: Controlling/Variances analysis (Plan vs. Fact analysis)
? Prepares variance analysis
? Performs regular control of the budget
? Support management in controlling the budget
? Support management in cost optimization analysis
Task 5: Participation in Business Case preparation and Investments appraisal
 ? Responsible for business cases’ calculation (opening new distribution centers, new potential customers and projects)
? Responsible for estimation and calculation of economic efficiency of the investments
Task 6: Ad-hoc tasks
? Preparation of various financial analyses on demand

Required qualification:
? Higher economic or financial education .
? Type and length of necessary job experience: 5-6 years
? English language (fluent with good knowledge of economic and financial terms).
? Excellent analytical skills.
? Experience in operating with great volumes of the information.
? Logistics industry experience is preferred
? Good team player
