Essential Functions
工作职责

Technical support to end users, continuously improve service manner and operate within company & department standards.
向最终用户提供技术支持，并且不断提高服务质量和操作方式
System administration and maintenance with focus on Windows, ERP/Kingdee K3, Network and information system.
管理和维护Windows，ERP/金蝶K3、网络和其他信息系统
To work as project coordinator for projects and follow tasks that’s assigned by IT leader.
参与公司IT相关项目并完成指派的工作任务内容
Maintain and manage all IT equipment, daily operation and security checks with all tools/system.
管理和维护公司所有IT设备，定期检查相关系统配置
LAN/WAN maintenance and support.
公司网络及安全的配置和维护

Job Requirements and Qualifications
任职要求

Bachelor degree with more than 3 years’ work experience with IT side, ERP knowledge is a must.
本科毕业，3年以上企业IT运维及ERP工作经验
Server skill on Microsoft Windows 2012/2008 or higher version, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS is a must; Linux is a plus.
能够熟练配置Windows server 2012/2008或更高版本
Client support skill on Microsoft Windows 7 and higher version, be familiar with Microsoft office various versions.
解决终端用户Windows以及Microsoft Office多版本的技术维护与支持
Network configuration skill on Firewall, Router and Switch (Cisco & Huawei).
熟悉企业网络安全架构,防火墙,路由器和交换机（思科、华为等品牌）的安装配置及维护
Self-motivated manner, proactive, energetic and be able to work under pressure
工作积极主动，严谨，耐心，具备良好的团队意识
Fluent language skill in Mandarin, can communicate in formal and clear way, English skill is a plus, simple communication with foreigners is needed
