Position Summary: Primary responsibilities for this position include testing of LANDesk software solutions using test cases and testing automation tools and scripts. This individual will track, analyze, and report on defects. They will work closely with software engineering to communicate the results of their testing.

RESPONSIBLITIES/DUTIES

· Analyzing/Submitting/tracking bug and submitting test report

· Writing test cases

· Developing test plans and test assertions

· Automation testing/scripting

· Executing the testing scripts

· May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required Skills and Experience:

· years Product Testing experience

· Ability to install/configure multiple OS platforms including Windows, Linux, and Mac

· Ability to write Test Cases

· Use Defect Tracking tools

· Familiarity with the Lifecycle of defects

· Must have good English capabilities (written and spoken)

· Ability to follow through and meet deadlines

· Experience working in a global, multilingual organization

· Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

· Excellent time management, decision making and organization skills

· Must be able to work well with others as part of a team

Education/ Licensing/Certification:

· BS or MS in Computer Science or related field of education
