Position: CCC Certification Assistant (Contractor)

Division/Department: Research & Development

Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

To enable VW Group brands FBU cars import and registration in China, this position should work together with all ccc homologation members, and technical institutes; with its knowledge of finance and VW-Group internal policies, provide support to homologation CCC team.

? Support CCC team on finance issues, including follow-up service contracts/agreements with brands at factory and authority side; follow up budget, income and payment with finance department;

? Support CCC team homologation database CCC pilot and improvement, including collection of CCC related ideas/bugs;

? Support CCC team on coordination of testing labs to follow up sample and tests process;

? Filing documents of CCC homologation projects and approvals;

? Support CCC homologation members on other related issues;

Achieve above targets require below competences and actions :

? Knowledge of finance and VGC internal policies;

? Knowledge of database philosophy;

? Good communication skills with test labs;

? Basic knowledge of homologation process.

Your Responsibilities:

1.Support CCC team on finance issues, including

follow-up contracts/agreements with brands at factory and authority side; follow up budget, income and payment with finance department;

? Follow-up the update of contracts of the brands;

? Follow-up of yearly update of agreement with:

? CQC;

? Coordinate finance department for invoice;

? Follow up payment of brands;

? Support team on regular payment of 3rd parties.

2.Support CCC team on homologation database CCC pilot and improvement, including collection of CCC related ideas/bugs;

? Follow-up database pilot using;

? Follow-up database 2nd phase development;

? Maintenance of CCC related templates for database;

? Collection/feedback of ideas/bugs;

3.Support CCC team on coordination of testing labs to follow up sample and tests process;

? Organize regular update from CCC team;

? Weekly update test status table with testing lab;

? On site at lab for sample check and tests visit on request;

4.Filing documents of CCC homologation projects;

? Whole vehicle CCC certificates;

? Parts CCC

? Test reports;

? CoC

Achieve above targets require below competences and actions:

? Knowledge of finance and VW-Group internal policies;

? Knowledge of database philosophy;

? Basic knowledge of homologation process.

5. Support CCC homologation members of other issues;

Our Requirements:

Necessary education:

? Automotive engineering;

? Project management is a plus;

? Perfect English oral and written, German is as plus;

Working experience (in years):

? 2 years’ experience in automotive engineering or testing;

? Strong communication skills and willing to learn;

? Understanding of Chinese and German cultures;
