职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 接待来访的学生，负责对学生进行入学英语水平测试，确定其英语入学级别；
2. 管理学员合同，负责合同的登记、补充工作；
3. 负责为学员上首课、订课，能够使学员的学习时间合理分配；
4. 负责学员档案的建立及管理，及时跟进学员的学习情况，帮助学生制定学习计划；
5. 为学员提供咨询服务，负责课程到期学员的课程推荐和延续工作，完成学员续费、转介绍任务；
6. 及时与学生沟通，对其英语学习现状提出改进意见；
7. 执行公司各项规章制度和工作程序；
 
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历、一年以上工作经验；
2.出色的英语表达和书写能力
3.教学或培训工作相关经验
4.能够独立开展工作，积极融入团队。
 
Job responsibilities:
1. The reception of the students, is responsible for student matriculation English test, determine the English entrance level;
2. The student management contract, is responsible for the registration of the contract, supplementary work;
3. Responsible for the students on the first lesson, course arrangement, can make the students study time distribution;
4. Responsible for the establishment and management of the student file, promptly follow up students' learning situation, help students to develop a plan of study;
5. Internal Revenue and contribute to referrals and renewals；
6. Timely communication with the students, the present situation of English learning improvement opinions;
7. Perform the rules and regulations and work procedures;
 
Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, more than one year working experience;
2. Excellent and demonstrable command of spoken and written English
3. Previous teaching or training experience
4. Able to work independently, actively integrated into the team.
