职位描述：
【Job Description】

1. Take the needs and challenges from TP client and partner to formulate the project delivery road map and project plans from technology to support business strategies and goals;

2. Participate in pre-go-live project meetings with external client team to capture and understand technical requirement from client and translate to IT action plan and solution accordingly to fulfill the requirement;

3. Act as a trusted and valued partner and gain the confidence of the client’s business stakeholders;

4. Participate internal project meetings with global team and other local supporting functions including HR, Training, Admin, WFM etc. to discuss and come up with solution towards a successful launching of a new business deal, follow up and update project status in positive manner;

5. Manage delivery scope and risks throughout the lifecycle of the project;

6. Coordinate with vendor in projects which requires external vendors’ involvement;

7. Navigate teams through all phases of project delivery to ensure successful delivery of exceptional technical solutions;

8. Manage and involve in planning/implementation of various TP global/regional IT projects/initiatives related to China, ensure the successful delivery within the pre-defined timeline and under budget;

9. SPOC for coordination and Technical support for all IT aspects in a project;

10. Capture innovations, lessons learned and successes on projects and share them with the wider organization;

11. Provide pre-sales technical support to sales activities where appropriate.

 

【Job Requirement】

1. University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent higher education ;

2. Deep knowledge and 5+ years’ of working experience in IT infrastructure including LAN/WAN network, server and data storage, voice architecture, IT security, etc. ;

3. Knowledge and experience on the IT operation and ITIL processes - Service Management, capacity planning, change management, problem management, etc.;

4. Sound communication and presentation skill;

5. Fluent Chinese and English language skill both in oral and writing;

6. PMP certification is preferred;

7. Minimum of 5 years IT project and program management experience;

8. Experience of running IT projects and programs with multiple stakeholder involvement ;

9. Experience of working directly with business executives team in an advisory role;

10. Account development experience of creating, maintaining and/or enhancing customer relationships. 举报 分享
