职位描述：
Mission
1. Maintain service/billing inventory on customer basis
2. Improve AR by improve internal billing validity
Daily Tasks
1. Maintain service/billing inventory, on monthly basis, by aligning with customer and internal business teams
2. Work on post-release billing change request to trigger correct invoice
3. Collect customer request, trigger customized invoice, verify draft invoice and trigger correct invoices
4. Monitor payment progress between local billing agent and end customer, highlight AR risks to finance and sales team for corrective action
5. Support customer’s ad hoc payment request (prepare specific documentation for customer processing, face-to-face meeting with billing agent and end customer to explain billing details)
Working environment
1. Follow up with sales and PM and CSM to maintain service/billing inventory on customer basis
2. Check with customer for customized requirements in invoice
3. Explain billing details to end customer
4. Coordinate with COCM, TDT, ODM, PM, billing, AR teams to rework on the error invoices

5. Able to work in multi-cultural environment, fluent English for communication with oversea business teams and internal system operation
