RESPONSIBILITIEs

·To assist Project Manager to complete project by providing for technical support

· Follow defined project design, quality, program, cost and safety management process & system for working scope allocated by Project Manager

· Serve as the proper contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, manufacturing status, installation, field start-up and maintenance issues.

· Take a supporting role within the group, and to mentor other project members as required.







REQUIRED STANDARD OF QUALIFICATIONS

Degree of Fit-out Design and Construction, Construction management




Knowledge & Experience

· 8-20 years fit-out experience0

· Knowledge of design management

· Knowledge of tendering process management

· Knowledge of contract document, good understanding of FIDIC conditions

· Familiarity with government approvals process

· Knowledge of project program scheduling & monitoring

· Experience of fit-out construction & safety management

· Capable of interpersonal and communication skills, academic writing skill for project reports

· Office software, AutoCAD 2000, Microsoft Project and other necessary software skills

· Able to work under pressure, be willing to travel and work for projects out of Shanghai

· ntermediate English languages both written and spoken.

· Working experiences from Project Management company or related consulting firms preferable

 

Functional Skills

· Understanding of GLEEDS’ responsibilities on the project

· Ability to understand commercial
