职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Follow defined project process and system to lead and manage projects;
2. Responsible for the completion of projects within assembling project team, identifying appropriate resources needed, controlling budgetary and scheduling, ensuring project deliverables;
3. Serve as the key contact for communication efforts regarding project scope, planning, scheduling, construction status, installation, due diligence, take-over and maintenance issues;
4. Take a leadership role within the group, and to mentor other project members as required;
5. Assist & support Club Méditerranée Greater China Construction Director throughout design & construction process of several projects at different stages until final take-over to Club Méditerranée Operation Department with respect to the program and corporate construction standards.
Duties:
1. Project kick-off - prepare the document and participate in the kick-off meeting, clarify roles and duties defined in Technical Service Agreement, coordinate with other department to start new project.
2. Implementation - take full responsibility for the whole process of project implementation including design, construction, completion and guarantee period; assistance to owners/partners in tendering; follow-up on owner’s application for government approval; work on the risk analysis.
3. Design brief – coordinate and support other departments to produce the design brief, Program & guideline, review the design proposal from designers and consultants, and join the design review meeting.
4. Tendering – assistance in tendering including pre-qualification, opening, inquiry and answer, submission of assessment report of recommended designers and consultants.
5. Design management – accompany designers and consultants in project design process, ensuring the compliance with Program and Club Med product requirements.
6. Validation – in charge of communication of documentation from designers & consultants, for validation by Club Med Design Committee.
7. Completion inspection - coordinate the inspection and acceptance activity, identify and document the REX, conduct the document filing.
8. Based on our project management process, coordinate and deploy resources in a cost-effective way to fully deliver the scope of our services to ensure quality of Club Med products to the owners/partners, develop team members, through the project implementation.
9. Coordinate the relationship among owners/partners, designers and consultants; assistance in preparation of construction works (schedule, HSE, etc.) and purchasing process.
10. Draft all related project scheduling and project report, lead project meeting, review and release the document issued to all related party.
11. Inform the financial department to release the payment advice based on the consultant contract agreement, follow-up the payment.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Degree of Civil Engineering, Construction Management, M&E Engineering, Architecture and Project Management;
2. At least 5 years of relevant work in civil engineering, M&E engineering, architecture, project management and construction management;
3. Working experience of HSE requirements, China construction code;
4. Familiarity with government approvals process;
5. Competent in language, priority English, Chinese and French;
6. Understanding of MS Project;
7. IT literate and AutoCAD drawing reading;
8. Hospitality experience is a plus.
