职位描述：
汇报对象：Production Manager 生产经理

1、Create inspection criteria for quality inspectors, establish the in-house quality system and promote the implementation of continuous improvement.
制定质量检验标准，公司内品质体系的建立与持续改进并推动实施。

2、Resolve and follow up with corrective actions for weekly/monthly quality meeting; standardization of quality documents, improve quality awareness among employees;
处理和跟进每周/每月质量会议的质量管控问题；规范化组织的品质文件，提高全员质量意识。

3、Address all quality-related issues for new product being developed, including definition and execution of quality standards;
跟进新产品开发中与质量相关的事项，包括标准的确定与落实；

4、Handling of quality issues, such as rework issues and material issues;
质量问题处理，如返工的问题，材料问题。

5、Train and instruct quality supervisors in assembly lines;
培训和指导组装线质检员；

6、Ability to perform statistical analysis, strong quality troubleshooting ability;
能运用品质统计分析方法，有较强的质量问题判断能力；

7、Assign daily quality inspection tasks;
日常质量检查工作的安排；

8、Check and approve quality inspection records (First sample approvals）
检查和审批质量检验记录（首样确定）

9、Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
上级安排的其它事宜。

岗位要求：
1、Bachelor degree or above, Electrical, mechanical or automation related background preferred, English CET-4 or above.
本科及以上学历，电子、机电、自动化等相关专业优先；英语CET-4以上。

2、More than 5 years of quality management experiences. Familiar with production specification, quality standards and the ISO9000 quality system.
具有5年以上品质管理经验，熟悉生产规程以及生产质量标准，了解ISO9000质量管理体系流程。

3、Can read and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
能读懂电路机械工程图。

4、Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills, strong service awareness and customer awareness.
具有较强的沟通、协调、组织能力，较强的服务意识、客户意识。

5、Familiar with the processes of Income Quality inspection (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) and Outwards Quality Assurance (OQA)
熟悉来料，过程，成品出货检验流程。

6、Strong sense of responsibility and quality control, good communication skills.
有强烈的责任感和质量控制意识，善于沟通。
