1. 能操作和控制麦汁生产，啤酒发酵，啤酒过滤，保证达到公司的质量，产量，成 本，清洁，安全的要求。同时确保ISO9001/HACCP/ISO14001等系统的贯彻执行。
2． 原辅材料的准备。
3． 啤酒酿造的操作，保质保量。
4． 分析在线产品，分析过程控制参数。
5． 能做相关的维修工作。
6． 保持环境整洁。
7. 参加TPM小组工作
资历及工作经验要求：
1. 高职/大专以上。
2. 基本英语（2级），基本计算机操作能力(Word, Excel)。
3. 有啤酒酿造工作经验者优先。
4. 要求翻班工作。
