Overview:

naked Hub is a platform to help start-ups, SMEs and MNCs across all industries, to increase their success in business. Our innovative and beautiful workspaces are home to a diverse community of companies and individuals who interact, collaborate, and do business with one another.

With its rapid business development, naked Hub has ambitious plans in China and the Asia region with the aim to open 20-30 hubs across Asia and China in 2017. In accordance with this fast growth, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the position of Community Specialist.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the team to drive hub operation and service excellency, creating a customer-focused service organization, where members can enjoy their working experience at hub
- Responsible for members’ satisfaction
- Create pleasant physical environment and caring working atmosphere
- Carry out administrative duties including reception and members check-in/out
- Greet members and potential clients at front desk and track tours
- Assist team members on new member enrollment
- Handle feedback from both online and offline
- Be active on the naked Hub member network
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by the company when needed.

Requirements
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred but not required
- Customer/hospitality service experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS-Office.
- Good communication skill and team work.
- Passionate, driven and responsible
- Business level proficiency in English and Mandarin is a plus 举报 分享
