职位描述：
Key tasks:
- Help to understand and control the financial results and identify weaknesses and opportunities;
- Analysis of sales, margins, expenses, productivity;
- Follow up and recommendation on KPI evolution;
- Develop and/or follow working capital management;
- Involvement in ad hoc topic;
- Ensure the development and application of Group Financial Principles;
- Support the FD in forecasting, long range plan and budgeting process;
- Support application of internal audit conclusions and support the development of internal control environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business. CPA/CMA/MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience performing financial an ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools.
- Expertise in managing, evaluating, analyzing quickly and creating meaningful business reporting, with ability to uncover core issues & root cause using data, then assist to figure solution.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment.
- Good communication skill.
