Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

?Business partnering and Financial analysis
? Work proactively with the business team to well understand the business trend and timely report to management.
? New Business tracking and monitoring
? Project management system control (project tracking, quotation & PO review and reconciliation with finance system)
? Month end revenue closing control
? Analyse revenue variances between actual vs latest budget / forecast
? Support on revenue budgeting and forecasting
? Closely monitoring and control on key accounts (Work in Progress and Accrue AP, etc.)
? Support ad-hoc financial reports when required

? Great commercial finance experience within the advertising and digital industry preferred
? Team work driven
? Customer service focus
? A commitment to quality and being the best
? Hands-on hard worker who is passionate and loves to be challenged
? Experienced and diligent problem solver: persistent
? Attention to detail; possessing a rigorous systems focus
? A clear thinker, with strong conceptual abilities and analytical skills.

? Professionally qualified with excellent technical skills
? Minimum 5 years commercial experience in advertising or media agency
? Track record of success and achievement

Personal Specification
? Minimum 4 years working experience in finance profession (MNC experience critical, Big 4 experience preferred)
? Bachelor degree with major in Finance/Accounting
? Profound ability in financial accounting, planning, analysis, and reporting
? Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills required
? Excellent professional written and oral English communication skills
? Experience with BPC, SUN, Hyperion system is a plus
? Good interpersonal and presentation skills
? Ability to work independently and be responsible for the timeline and deliverable
? Strong motivation and result oriented
