Technical Director/技术总监-FPC事业部，新技术、新工艺开发
工作职责：
1.负责FPC（柔性线路板事业部）技术部门日常管理，重点项目推动，新技术开发；
2.参与制定FPC公司技术发展路线规划公司产品定位，指导及审核项目总体技术方案，培养下属项目管理能力；
3.对FPC公司各方面技术支持及问题处理；
4.负责FPC产品的成本核算及项目评估，项目异常处理，及项目分配等；
5.改善现行工艺流程，指导工艺部门进行技术革新、改良；
6.与海外市场部沟通，解决售后服务问题。
任职资格：
1.大专及以上学历，工程类、电子或化学等专业毕业；
2.8年以上FPC行业技术背景，熟悉FPC产品工艺；
3.具备扎实的FPC技术基础，了解IS09001等体系；
4.英语水平良好，口语流利者优先；
5.服务意识较好，有较强的团队管理能力。
