1 – FIELD OF EXPERTISE:MARKETING

2 – JOB TITLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

- Job title: Junior brand manager (food service)

- Core responsibilities: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be the developer and relay of the Foodservice promotional actions as defined in the marketing plan.

4 – MISSIONS:


· Events
- Organize and coordinate in the Food service events.
- Involve in the planning of annual FS marketing calendar
- Provide guideline and support to regional marketing events
- Recommendation of activities to implement and discuss with the sales and marketing teams.
- Development and sourcing the necessary elements for these events: premiums, POSM, venue, recipe.etc.
- Presentation of events operations to customers and distributors.
- Analysis of events results: volumes, budget, sales effectiveness, return on investment, qualitative aspects.
· CREATION
- Development of FS tools including professional recipes, product leaflet and functional tools
- Liaise with chefs, technical support team to come out with ideas and promotional material
- Ensures the POSM developed by regional distributor marketing comply with the Brand guidelines when used by in their communication activities
· INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
- Collect and analysis of market trend, competitors

- Collect and analysis of internal sales data to provide insight for management.

- Share the China best practises and market trends to French team to optimize China practice


· Product Innovation
- Collect & analysis of market information and consumer insights
- Work with French marketing team in developing packaging materials for China market
- Recommend and implement the launch plan
- Liaise with internal and external resources to ensure successful launch of new products
- Follow up with launch activities and assess performance.

· KA support
- Develop relationships with Key accounts, to conduct promotional events in conjunction with KA marketing team

5 – REQUIRED PROFILE:

5.1 Background:

Study: Bachelor Degree

Working Experience: min 2 years solid experience in Food Service channel Marketing. Experience in the FMCG industry is a must


5.2 Knowledge of: Event organization, Product and brand positioning, marketing plan / marketing mix strategy, KA management, innovation, languages (English)

5.3 Experience in: Marketing process, information analysis and summary, techniques for making recommendations and drawing up briefs, assessment of proposals, project management, interpersonal and group communication,

5.4 Behavioural skills: The ideal candidate will be a confident, proactive and dynamic leader, who is also a collaborative team player, flexible and receptive to new ideas, positive and constructive, down to earth and pragmatic, energetic and perceptive, hardworking and efficient, analytical and attentive to detail, A sense of responsibility and high professional standards, honesty and integrity,
