职位描述：
Mission:
Under the responsibility of Finance Manager of Gebo Cermex China, you will:
？ Lead the team to complete monthly, quarterly and yearly closing timely and precisely
？ Develop and execute the appropriate financial policy and internal control policy
？ Check and reconcile GL and SL to ensure fully match.
？ Check and control financial bookkeeping to ensure provide useful information for decision making.
？ Design analysis model to find out the points of profits increase and cost saving
？ Set up the standards and guidelines on how to do overhead allocation according to PRC and Group policy. Prepare Cost of goods sold calculation.
？ Prepare taxation return and export rebate monthly.
？ Overview projects cost tracking; Provide financial support to project controller.
？ Participate annually budget, monthly forecast making; analyze in budget, forecast and cash forecast.
？ Assist financial manager to prepare monthly report under PRC and IFRS
？ Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Profile:
？ Education
Bachelor degree major in finance / accounting
？ Experience
？ Minimum 8-year Accounting&Finance experience. On manufacturing is preferred. At least 2-year experiences in a management role.
？ Excellent knowledge on ERP system
？ Good experience in executing global processes locally.
？ Skills
？ Self-motivation, willing to develop, improve & accept more responsibilities
？ Ability to deal with pressure & stressful situations
？ Languages
Fluency in English (mandatory).
