- Process Design, Development and Documentation, and Implementation
o Provide input to development of global processes,
o Develop and maintain regional processes
o Maintain process documentation
o Deploy policies and approval matrix
o Lead or participate in projects
o Carry out impact assessment and project/ process implementation
o Carry out validation and leverage of solutions across countries /b businesses

- Leads Continual Process Improvement Activities
o Perform process reviews and make process improvements/enhancements
o Provide consulting and operational support to the business and operation staff,
o Process and tool standardization,
o Work with operation to ensure that the quality standards and business controls are in place.
o Communicate system, policy and process changes
o Lead process improvements
o Recommend system enhancement and work with global team on application solutions
o Sharing of best practice

- Training
o Manage process and policies training for all BC employees
o Develop curriculum design and training plan
o Perform Training needs analysis
o Maintain training websites
o Develop and maintain training material
o Develop customer soft-skill training

- Reporting
o Manage information needs of BC operation
o Design, develop and maintain reports and web tools
o Provide reporting consultation,

- Audit
o Perform monthly audit and organized monthly audit review
o Act as main liaison for internal audit and external audit
o Responsible for SOX audit and coordinate with the SOX champion for compliance guidance
o Ensures that the adequate process controls are in place in accordance to the compliance guidelines
o Provide input to global audit forum
o Provide consultation to business partners and operation staff
o Lead ISO program to monitor and improve business processes in compliance with BMS/QMS requirements
* Bachelor's degree or above.
* Requires a minimum of three years of related experience
* Project management skills
* Cross functional collaboration capability
* Excellent written&verbal English communication skills and presentation skills

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multi-tasks
