About the company:

Key Responsibilities:
Sophos and safeguard support from 2nd level
- Assist first level and other local IT to solve the abnormal problem;
- Sophos and safeguard state monitoring from management console for Americas location
- Handle policy change request from local IT;
- SOs and POAs permission assignment and redirection;
- General training when product update or new feature released;
- CID Implementations for the region;
- Follow up out of versions and unmanaged machines;
Verinice scanning report analysis and follow up
- Responsible for Changzhou plants task processing;
- Support the other Asia locations where necessary;
- Check if all Empirum packages and patches distribution in time;
- The other task assigned by team leader and routine meeting;
Security Incident
- Security Incident handling and ticket processing;
- Analyzing and prioritization of vulnerabilities;
- Creating of security incident reports and work together in global team to handle security incident;
- Monitor threats from external;
Intrusion detection system on Palo Alto platform
- Vulnerability signature and threat follow up;
- Wildfire submission file sample analysis;
Security Event and Information Management System
- Follow up of offenses in SIEM;
- Tuning of collaboration rules;
- Implement new rules in SIEM;
- Implement and work out new Use Cases in SIEM;
Coordination of security topics in region Asia
- Single point of contact for all new security topics in SC Asia;
- Implement new security related processes to security team in SC Asia;
- Overview about all security topics in region Asia;
- Work out improvements for implemented processes in region Asia;
- Regular Jour-Fixe with team leader IM-IT Security;
Support security relevant project rollout in Asia
- Support international security projects;
- Support in evaluation and testing new IT security technologies;
- Definition of new security processes and solutions;
Other tasks required by superior.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor degree of Information System Management;
Good experience in IT infrastructure support;
Profound experience in IT security incident handling;
Ideally basic Knowledge and experience of using a service Desk that follows ITIL methodology;
Experience in IT infrastructure support, experience in IT security incident handling;
An ability to interact with and help clients with varying degrees of technical sophistication;
Ability to learn new technology rapidly is critical;
Proficient in documentation and report generation;
Ability to accomplish projects independently involving a variety of computing technologies;
Plan and coordination skills;
Information gathering and analysis skill;
Team work spirit;
Good English skills both in written and oral;
Working equipment/Soft ware/tool requirements:
- MS Windows Components and CISCO networks equipment etc.;
- Sophos and Safeguard;
- Green Bone;
- Verinice;
- IDS/IPS with PaloAlto System.
