主要职责Main Responsibilities:
1.设计、维护及加强工厂成本控制体系以确保财务核算的正确性及有助于做出正确的决定Design, maintain, and enhance cost control systems for production to ensure correct evaluation of financial results and to contribute to the decision making process
2.分析实际与标准成本差异的原因，并向管理层提出改善或解决问题的方案Identify reasons for variance between actual and standard, propose action plan for management team to solve the issues
3.投资可行性分析，如工艺变更，外包，新投设备Feasibility analysis for investment, e.g. ECR, outsourcing, equipment
4.每年成本及投资预算及滚动预测Cost/Investment planning and rolling forecast
5.维护充足的内控体系满足内外部的要求Maintain an adequate internal control framework that meets both internal and external requirements
6.支持内外部审计，审计后跟踪执行改善计划Support internal and external audit and follow up execution of action plan after the audits.
7.支持工厂相关考核目标的设定及跟踪Support on plant related target set up and monitoring

要求Requirements:
1.本科学历以上，会计专业Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting
2.8年以上成本分析及控制经验8+ years cost analysis and plant control experience
3. 在开发及实施成本分析及控制流程有成功的经验Success in developing and implementing cost analysis and controls processes
4.ERP经验，如用友U8. ERP experience, e.g. U8
5.善长沟通及解决问题Good communication skills and problem solving skills
6.需要很强的分析能力迅速把握问题提高工厂的财务业绩Strong analytical skills are required to quickly grasp issues impacting the plant's financial results 举报 分享
