B. Job purpose

The key responsibilities and accountabilities for the incumbent are to:

People Management

人员管理

1.Work with HR to screen, interview, & recruit qualified chauffeurs.

配合人力资源部门，筛选、面试和招聘合格的司机

2.Provide new-hire training for new chauffeurs & refreshing training for existing chauffeurs.

给新入职的司机进行培训并且定期给已入职的司机进行再培训

3.Closely monitor chauffeurs' performance through working with Hertz's customer service department and customers.

通过司机与客服部门以及客户的工作情况，监督司机工作表现

4.Conduct periodical checks & reviews of chauffeur's vehicles & work forms.

实施定期检查，复核司机车辆和工作表

5.Enforce Hertz standards' compliance by chauffeurs & take necessary corrective and/or positive reinforcement measures.

执行赫兹对于司机的统一标准，并且采取必要的改进和/或积极的强化措施

6.Dispatch chauffeurs for jobs based on the company's plan.

根据公司计划，分派司机工作

7.Complete weekly/monthly/quarterly audits & reports.

完成周、月、季度审计报告

8.Handle chauffeur-related complaints.

处理关于司机的相关投诉

9.Assist in making sure vehicles are well-maintained based on Hertz schedule.

根据赫兹的工作计划表，协助确保车辆的良好维护。

10.Handle chauffeurs' work scheduling & rotation.

安排司机班工作时间

1.Monitoring the vehicle daily maintenance practice to make sure company assets are in sound condition

监管车辆的日常养护措施，确保公司资产状况良好

2.To make sure the operation cost under approved budget

根据核准预算，确保运营成本

3.Improving the service quality continually by completing and standardizing the operation documents regularly

持续提高服务质量，定期完善/规范运营准则，使其标准化

C.Knowledge, skills and experience required

学历、技能和经验要求

Educational Background:

教育背景：

Associate degree or above

大专及以上学历

Professional Experience:

专业经验

Familiar with driver management and fleet control

熟悉驾驶员管理和车辆管理

Minimum 3 years experience in similar position, car rental industry experience holder has the priority

至少三年相关职位经验，有汽车租赁行业经验者优先

Aggressive candidates with either people management or assets management experience are also welcome
