职位描述：

？ To be responsible for follow up GB requirements, to ensure all products released meet GB standards.
？ Assist QA/QC manager maintain and continuously improve lab QA integrity management system and HSE KPI performance.

？ Follow the GB requirements, set up and update the test method in time, carry out the QA and QC test in accordance with GB standards, and manage the process of QA tests which are need to outsource.
？ Develop and update Enterprise Standards according to GB standards and carry out the requirements in quality control process.
？ Set up new test equipment, develop new procedures and provide relevant training to lab chemists/technicians.
？ Conduct regular calibration and maintenance of lab equipment to establish confidence in equipment's performance.
？ Analyse finished products, raw materials, import products and expired products according to test requirements in accordance with test standards, such as GB, ASTM IP.
？ Review and update raw materials and finished products specification. To ensure all incoming raw materials and products meet GB and BP quality standards.
？ Assist QA&QC manager to deal with customer complaints and quality incident, find out the root cause and improve the test practice against the outcome of investigation.
？ Maintain the formulation both of JDE and Winblend system as back up.
？ Establish and update plant formulations based on Master formulations and to modify plant formulations if necessary.
？ Be involved in ISO 9001, TS16949，Lab QA and Safety audit and/or standard review, helps to close the gaps timely.
？ Operate in a safe, tidy and efficient style and ensure that records and retained samples are clearly labeled and stored in a well-organized manner.
？ Provide test method training to testing personnel and maintain training records.
？ Follow the HSSE procedures both of the laboratory and plant.
？ Act As procedure owner have completed OMS online training and capable to write procedure following 4.1 Practices and Procedures requirement.

？ College degree in Chemical or related field.

？ More than 3 years of laboratory experience is essential.
？ Be familiar with GB standards and test methods of lubricants.
？ Experience in calibration/maintenance of laboratory equipment.

？ Be familiar with blending processes, lubricant component.
？ Be familiar with ISO9001&TS16949 standards, and QC tools.
？ Good communication skills with the ability to liaise directly with internal and external parties.
？ Fluent English language
