POSITION SUMMARY:
As a manufacturing HR leader to oversee HR functions and implement HR strategies, processes in the site. Build strong partnership with site leader/the management team to ensure the growth of organizational capabilities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Staffing
? Involve in headcount planning and lead the recruitment to ensure the organization design fits the Operations needs.
? Oversee and involve in the recruitment process to ensure all openings to be fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
? Work with site leader/management to develop the staffing strategies and organizational development plan.
? Effectively monitor and control the attrition rate; Have effective ways to improve the turn-over rate for both regular staff and direct labors.
? Connect with talent market to understand the trend and competition.
? Employee relations
? Drive Logitech culture and manage the communication properly. Ensure any voice (policy, notice, announcement, etc) from the Company/Site to be well communicated within the site, and as well management could hear first line voice.
? Align with global/region to implement communication programs and provide the feedback for continuous improvement.
? Evaluate/improve Logitech Ring to enhance the communication with staff and labors.
? Keep staff and labors updated for related labor law changes.
? Act as a media to better bridge the Business and employees.
? C&B
? Provide market information to Regional C&B to ensure we are competitive and aligned with local market.
? Work with Regional C&B to address related issues.
? OD
? Lead succession planning and drive development actions.
? Work with site leader and management team to develop organization/talent agenda and priorities.
? Analyze needs of development, e.g. leadership, functional skills, etc.
Others:
? Work with the site leader and regional P&C leader to develop the HR strategies/priorities with measurable KPIs and ensure they are implemented properly.
? Develop and drive the strategies/actions to make Suzhou Site become the “Employer of Choice”.
? Provide daily HR support to all people in the site.
? Act as a gate keeper to ensure there is no violation to code of conduct, business ethic and personal integrity.
? Coach and develop site HR team.
? Oversee the overall HR system (policy, practice, documentation, etc) to ensure the accuracy, and practicable
? Handling any employee dispute, with related parties if needed e.g. legal department, lawyer.
QUALIFICTION & REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor or Master Degree holder
? Has more than 15 years of experience in HR, which including 5 – 8 year in HR management role in manufacturing in China
? Has a track record of making positive impact to the organizations
? The ideal candidate must have the ability to contribute ideas to the design and implementation of HR strategies/programs/processes
? With good experience/connections within the local factory environment and labor department
? Be able to deal with the 3rd party labor vendor to manage the direct labor staffing plan
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
? Strong leadership & influencing skills to support on-site business group leaders to drive changes and implementation of company’s new strategies & policies
? MNC background is a must
? Fluent in oral and written both in Mandarin and English
? A leader who could manage and develop the team to follow the strategy and direction and achieve the goals
? A strong team player who could manage the conflict and commit to team’s decision
? Familiar with local labor law and good at dealing with tough employee issues
