职位描述：

Responsibility Contents：

—Resource allocation

—Test line readiness

—Highlight critical paths

—Material/Fixture/EQ Validation plan for each build

—Contact window for Ops TEs

—Lead/host the dry run, regression, build status meetings

—Driving the internal cross functional team cooperation

—Spontaneous respond to customer's TDLs

—Regular report to manager

—Tracking test solution E2E for the project

—Executive summary

—Consolidate and make sure the data integrity of the key fall-out, root cause report from entire line

—Yield bridge documentation

—Test readiness tracking for each NPI milestone

—Consolidate all station bring-up status and results

—Self-improvement according to customer's feedback.

Knowledge & Skills:

1, Fluent english in speaking, listening, reading and writing.
2, Have experience in product test/debug and test development both in HW and SW, The abilities of location product and tester problems are mandatory. Product development experience or Apple product experience is preferred.
3, Be familiar with NPI process, have rich experience in problem solving during NPI process.
4, Have experience in C/C++/C#/Labwindows, Objective-C is preferred.
5, Be familiar with product test, including but not limited to fixture HW&mechanical, GR&R, correlation, test coverage, limit tracking, documentation.
6, Have experience in team management or project management, TE PM is preferred.
7, Strong coordinating, communication and organization skills.
