Responsibilities
职责范围
Review the Project Budget and Budget updates prepared by the client and ensure that the budget is kept current.
审核项目预算并且确保预算的正确性
Monitor the work and ensure all QS reports are established accurate, complete and issued on time.
监督工作并且确保QS报千的正确性，完整性和及时性
Participate in Project Anticipated Cost Report .
参与项目成本报告
Prepare and issue Notice of Potential Changes, Draft Change Orders, Change Orders for approval and distribution. Provide a review and approval of all contractor submitted change order requests including cost, unit rate and quantity evaluations.
准确并且发放潜在变化的通知，起草变化通知并申请批准。审核并批准所有分包商提供的变化通知，包括价格，单价以及数量评估。
Review and evaluate all contractor claims submittals.
审查并评估所有分包商的报销申请
Oversee all cost control operations within the project area.
监督整个项目中的成本控制
Prepare the cost and budget information for inclusion in the Monthly Report.
准备成本与预算信息
Assist in establishing the procurement strategy.
协助建立采购战略
Assist in the cost evaluation of alternative design and construction options and value engineering schemes.
协助设计的价格评估，对工程计划进行估值。
Co-ordinate and monitor actual expenditure against budgeted expenditure on a regular basis.
定期协助并监督实际费用与预算费用的差额
Develop guidelines and procedures as necessary.
如有需要建立流程与指导手册。
 
Requirement
要求：
Minimum 2 years’ experience in cost estimation, civil, architectural, and finishing or M&E trades
最低在预算，土建或者装修方面两年工作经验
Bachelor degree
大学本科以上学历
Be able to communicate in English
