1)支持所属区域销售团队的行政工作
2)确认订单所需文件符合公司的相关政策
3)处理销售订单（包括软件许可，技术支持、咨询和培训的订单）
4)产品和许可的交付
5)协助核对收入数据
6)维护客户的数据信息

要求：
1) 大专以上学历
2) 日语专业，具备良好的日语听、说、读、写沟通能力
3) 1-3以上熟练运用Office 办公软件的经验，尤其是Excel
4) 熟练的电脑使用技巧

Job Description：
1) Sales administrative assistance to field sales team members
2) Verification of supporting documents as per the company’s policy.
3) Processing sales orders (software license, support, consulting and training orders)
4) Product and license delivery
5) Reconciliation of revenue data
6) Maintenance of Customer Master DB

Prerequisite:
1) Majored in Japanese, Japanese communication skills (writing, reading and speaking) are required.
2) 1-3 years office work experiences required, especially Excel.
3) Sufficient PC skills required.
4) College degree or above preferred
