- To archive contracts and other legal documents and assist with documents chopping
- To provide legal research and support as per legal counsel’s requirement
- To review simple contract under the guidance of legal counsel
- Other routine administration works assigned by legal counsel
Job requirements:
- Obtained master degree in law from Fudan, ECUPL (华东政法大学) or SISU (上海外国语大学)
- Fluent in written English
- Good legal drafting and analysis skills
- Good team player
