My client is an international Interior design studio. They have a proven track record in the F&B, hospitality and retail sector.




They are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join their team in Shanghai



Requirements




? Good English written, listening and speaking skills, good understanding of office


culture, passionate and cheerful personality to enrich office environment, initiatively attend and organize office activities.




? Enthusiastic to learn and improve him/herself to involve design process.




? Support design team with translation and documentation; filing and material resourcing.




? Assist office to organize business trips, understand both domestic and international standard, be familiar with travel agencies and procedures.




? Work on office affairs on a daily basis, keep office in order following office manual; arrange meeting room per booking schedule, keep the material room and pantry tidy.




? Work on admin affairs as daily basis, familiar with office software( word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) and hardware such as printer, scanner etc.




? Collect the time sheet every week, manage all the necessary forms for over-time, reimbursement, project meeting schedule, meeting room schedule




? Report the office repairs to related party, able to cope with maintenance coordination individually.


? To act as first greeting person to represent the company to our clients in an appreciate manner, including phone manner and face-to-face interaction.


? Familiar with on-line systems and strong computer skills.


? Assist design directors for meetings, travel schedules, and help with staff affairs in the office.


? Understand human resource process and employees application and renewal process.


? Support and assist operation associate on office management, report on daily basis.


? Responsible for own tasks, interact as a key member of the company; communicating between management and employees.
