Job Description:
- Provide Clean Room HVAC design/drawing production and technical support for the layout, design and specification of the equipment
- Produce various drawings including equipment layouts, schematics, sections and details, and bills of materials
- Sizing and selection of HVAC piping and equipment
- Knowledge of Chinese Codes as GMP/SFDA .
- Deep knowledge in HVAC Control to closely work with the BMS/Automation Engineer.
- Develops technical specifications & data sheets, performs technical evaluations on site and HVAC subcontractors management.
- Review of drawings and layouts and site HVAC works to ensure compliance with Contract and GMP Codes.
- Knowledge in HVAC commissioning procedure and qualifications.
- Provide technical support to construction team as required.


Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Heavy Clean Room HVAC Design and installation.
- Must have a deep experience in their specialty in design, construction management of a Medical, pharmaceutical /industrial plant (at least 10 year experiences).
- Able to full control in his/her specialty all kind of tasks: Design, Chinese Codes compliance, tender documents, sub-contractors management and prices negotiations, cost control management, time schedule management, test, commissioning and qualifications.
- Very Good English level is required.
- Autocad knowledge is required.
