Job Description
-Incubate, develop and engage potential IS business partners with IS service portfolio, System, Resiliency, Mobile, Networking and Cloud service offerings.
-Be able to collaborate with business partners on service opportunities generation through marketing events, ecosystem construction and face to face client engagement.
-Aggressively build service offerings embedded with CRL, CDL and all other alignment teams’ solutions integration and go to market
-Be passion and be able to manage IBM internal business process.

Required Skills
-More than 7 years IT experience
-Service business sales skill will be plus
-Business partner recruitment, enablement, development and management skill and experience will be plus
-Aggressiveness in personality
-Willing to handle confrontation and challenge
