Head office now is looking for an intern work in G&A department.
1. Responsible for providing professional supports to G&A department
协助G&A部门提供日常工作支持
2. Receive and transfer coming calls and Coordinate admin task in the office, manage postage and courrier.
接听转接来电、收发快递
3. Arrange domestic travel flights/hotel bookings and itinerary, and other asigned tasks.
机票酒店预订等其他
4. Liaise with vendor/management office to manage office's daily maintenance such as order water, coffee, snack,repair chair,etc.
联系供应商,办公室日常后勤管理,例如订水,零食采购,办公家具修理等。
5. Manage staffs' vacation record and attendance record.

6. Manage staffs' expense claim
员工报销审核管理
7.Coorperate with Account Management team to deliver fapiao to clients.
与客服部门合作,邮寄并跟踪销售发票递送。
8. Follow and manage supplier's fapiao
供应商发票管理
9. Finance paper documents preparation for month closing,liaise with accounting firm.
关账财务相关材料准备,与会计公司联系
6. Manage petty cash

11. Other tasks assigned by Financial Controller and Administrative Director

Requirements:
1. Background/experience of Financial major is must.
必须有财务专业背景/经验
2. College degree at least, and will consider to hire as a formal employee after the internship
大专学历以上, 毕业之后会考虑留用
3. Advances skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
熟悉办公室软件
4. Good communication skills on bilingual English/Chinese written and verbal,knowing French is plus.
英语口语与书面良好,会法语者加分
5. High level of initiative and demonstrated ability of independent work and be productive.

6. Should be a strong sense of responsible team player.

7. Ability to work on a variety of tasks at the same time, and to organize and prioritize own work.
