Responsibilities：
Merchandise business:
- Plan yearly merchandise marketing and promotion activities
- Refine merchandise business model
- Manage merchandise direct sales agency/team
- Benchmark, recommend and develop merchandise products suit China market
- Feedback China market requirements to HQ
- Develop communication materials
- Fulfil internal requirements from CS and other related dept.
- Set-up annual sales target for dealers

T-mall business
- Plan yearly activities for T-mall
- Refine T-mall operation model
- Achieve T-mall yearly sales, visits and followers target
- Associate with parts, accessories and other product manager to do promotional campaigns on T-mall

Experience Required
Experience:
? At least 5 years’ experience in automotive field.
? Accessories or merchandise experience in development or marketing aspect is an advantage.
? Good Automotive product knowledge.
? Strong verbal and writing communication skills.
English skills:
Verbal and written.fluently
PC skills:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and WEB based applications.
Communication and interpersonal skills:
Willing to initiate communications and able to express and accept opinions in a professional way.
Able to drive assigned tasks independently.
Leadership skills:
N/A
Ability to act independently:
Works in a responsible way on given tasks
Driving license is an advantage
