1, Support daily operations in the business development projects including project reviews/ updates, day-to-day project administration, preparing management reports and presentations regarding business performance, etc.
2, Assist in preparing different analysis for business proposal e.g. turnover scenario, risk management strategy recommendations and execution, etc.
3, Assist in negotiating commercial deal in Mainland China.
4, Assist in maintaining stakeholder’s relationship through effective communication and alignment.
5, Arrange and facilitate business visits and workshops for potential partners and key stakeholders.
6, Assist in managing all aspects of project budget, schedules, quality and scope for efficiency.
7, Participate in various projects as assigned.
8, Support risk management data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE
(min. requirements)
? A university degree in Business related discipline.
? A minimum of 3 years related work experience in China.
? Native speaker competence in Putonghua and excellent Chinese proficiency including Chinese writing skills, bilingual translation and interpretation skill would be an advantage.
? Strong interpersonal skills applicable in a cross-cultural context.
? Good communication and presentation skills.
? Proficient in MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
TECHNICAL SKILLS

? Knowing of data analytical tools a plus
